Farmer Plots are allotted plots by authority. Any plots allotted by Authority in any of the three Authorities (Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority & Yamuna Authority) are lease hold property.
What is the future of these plots?
The future is always un-certain as no one can talk about the future, but we always talk about past trends to predict the right future. The trend says that these kinds of plots have given up to 20 times appreciations in the past few years. The commercial land rates are always 3 to 5 times of residential land rates. There are various showrooms and markets you can see in Noida & Greater Noida are constructed on farmer quota plots.
There are a lot of projects coming up in the YEIDA city which has also led to a greater appreciation in the past few years, because of these projects, the land rates have significantly hiked up and we can see a much more promising future for the upcoming years.
