The residential plots, originally allotted in 2009 and now available for resale, are situated in sectors 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 22D of the Yamuna Expressway Authority area.
Conveniently located at a distance of approximately 20 kilometers from Pari Chowk and around 18 kilometers from the 0 Point landmark, these plots offer strategic positioning. The available plot sizes range from 60 to 4000 square meters, accommodating various preferences and needs.
During the original allotment in 2009, the prices were set at Rs 4750 per square meter. This translates to prices like 14.25 lakhs for 300 square meters, 23.75 lakhs for 500 square meters, 47.5 lakhs for 1000 square meters, 95 lakhs for 2000 square meters, and 1.9 crores for 4000 square meters.

Yamuna Expressway Authority Plots
300 square meters
In the 3rd quarter of the Year 2009, YEIDA launched its first Residential Scheme. Approximately 21000 plots were allotted through a draw system in various sizes. Maximum plots were the size of 300 square meters. The Plots were allotted at the rate of Rs. 4750/- per Sq.meters and now it is available for resale at a premium price which varies according to the size and location of the plot. Recently Yamuna authority has also allotted 300 sq. meters in sector 18- type-1.

Dimensions: 12.5 meter x 24 meter
Resale Price (Approx.):
Price varies between 1.03Cr. lac to 1.40 Cr. according to the location of the plot in sector 18 block 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 I & J. 300 sq. mt. & sector -20 block F, G, H, K, L, M, N, O, & P.
Possession:
Development activities are completed and possession is offered in most of the Blocks. However, possession is yet to be offered in sector 18-type-1 plots.
Registry :
The registry is open for most of the plots in sectors 18 &20. Registry and possession of a few plots are under process.
500 metres
Plot location:
The plots in the size of 500 sq. meters are located in sector 20, blocks Q, R, S, T, and U.
Dimension – 16 meter x 31.25 meter
Resale Price (Approx.) –
Resale price of the 500-meter plot is varying between 1.50 Cr to 2.50 Cr. approximately depending on the location.
Possession –
Possession is offered in these plots. All the development activities like the construction of roads, electricity, etc are completed in this sector.
Registry –
Registration is open for all the 500 sq. meter plots in sector 20. Plots can be registered with Yamuna Authority.
1000 Metres
Plot location:
The plots in the size of 1000 sq. meters are located in sector 20 blocks C, D, E
Dimension:20 meter x 50 meter
Resale Price (Approx.):
1000 square meter plots were allotted by YEIDA through the draw in 2009 in sector-20. The allotment price of these plots was Rs.4750/- per square meter. Now, these plots are available for resale. People who invested in these plots are sitting at an exorbitant profit. The resale price of the 1000-meter plot is varying between 3Cr to 5Cr. approximately depending on the location.
Possession:
Possession is offered in the 1000 square meter plots in sector 20. All the development activities like the construction of roads, electricity, etc are completed in this sector.
Registry:
Registration is open for all the 1000 sq. meters plots in sector 20. Plots can be registered with Yamuna Authority.
2000 square Meters
Plot location:
The plots in the size of 2000 sq. meters are located in sector 20 block-B one Yamuna Expressway.
Dimension – 31.25 x 64
Resale Price (Approx):
2000 square meter plots were allotted through a draw in 2009 in sector-20 block-B. Now, these plots are available for resale. The resale price of these plots varies between Rs.5 Cr. to 8 Cr. approximately depending on the location.
Possession :
Possession is offered in the 2000 square meter plots in sector 20. All the development activities like the construction of roads, electricity, etc are completed in this sector.
Registry:
Registration is open for all the 2000 sq. meters. plots in sector 20. Plots can be registered with Yamuna Authority.
4000 square meters
Plot location:
The plots in the size of 4000 sq. meters are located in sector 20 block A.
Dimension – 40m x 100m
Resale Price (Approx.)-
Resale price of 4000 square meters plots varies between Rs.10 Cr. to 10.40 Cr. approximately depending on the location.
Possession :
Possession is offered in 4000 square meter plots in sector 20. All the development activities like the construction of roads, electricity, etc are completed in this sector.
