Industrial Plots at Yamuna Expressway
YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority)
has been involved in the allocation and sale of industrial plots for setting up various industries and businesses along the Yamuna Expressway corridor. These plots are intended to promote industrialisation, economic growth, and job creation in the region. The availability, sizes, and prices of industrial plots can vary depending on the specific sector and the authority’s offerings at the time.
There are a total of 18 industrial sectors in the area. Among these, the industrial sectors numbered 28, 29, 32, 33, 24, and 24a have been developed. These developed sectors offer plots of various sizes, including 300, 450, 595, 1000, 1800, 2000, 3200, 4000, and 5000 square meters. If any buyer is interested in acquiring a larger plot size, they are advised to visit the official website and participate in the E-auction enrollment process. This allows buyers to compete for the larger plots according to their preferences and requirements.
